To edit the text in a title or border in Visio 2010:

1. Look at the bottom of the document, click on the tab for background page  (usually called: VBackground-1)

2. Navigate the shape that has the text you want to change; type in the new text.

Is there any way to automate this? I have a 188 page org chart, and doing this manually is a nightmare!

Every time I try to add a new location to my Org Chart (in Borders & Titles) it changes the titles on all the other pages. I can not figure out how to add a new title on new pages.
