Jeremy Likness has a 10-minute walkthrough post up on MEF, I archived it at, so that's a good starter because he's got a good post up now that's much more than 10 minutes, but it's Silverlight, XAML, and MEF... so it's dead-on... oh and all the source too, so have at it!
