In this Issue: Shawn Wildermuth, Beth Massi, Fredrik Normén, Deborah Kurata, Jesse Bishop, Laurent Duveau(2), David Yack, Tim Heuer, and Jeff Handley.

Shoutouts:

Andy Beaulieu has a beta of a new game up: Froggy Math. He's looking for comments, so have at it!

For all you 3D junkies out there, Einar Ingebrigtsen announced

SilverlightGirl announced... and check out their website... wow... how cool!

From:

Although not Shawn Wildermuth's first choice for printing, he discusses in detail the new Silverlight 4 printing support.

Beth Massi and Mike Morton discuss Silverlight, WebParts, Sharepoint, and all in VS2010 in this Channel 9 video.

Fredrik Normén has a good post up about debugging an OOB app using VS2010... good tutorial on this.

Deborah Kurata shows how to build up a Grid and StackPanel in C# and VB. Good screenshots and lots of code.

Jesse Bishop has info up about (and link to) the Manipulation and Inertia processor dll that is available as a sample only, but hey... Surface manipulations in Silverlight? cool!

Laurent Duveau has a post up discussing the Clipboard support in Silverlight 4B and shows not only the code to do it, but the user experience as well... project included for download.

Laurent Duveau also discusses the new text trimming in Silverlight 4 Beta. And this works in the VS2010 design surface too.

David Yack shares with us his problems he had in converting to the new RIA Services, discussing Error handling and the differences between the old and new.

If you've got VS2010 and SL4B on board and are having trouble finding your RIA Services templates, hopefully Tim Heuer's post will help you straighten that out.

I'm apparently still catching up... this is a post from Jeff Handley also about the updates to RIA Services with the drop from PDC. He's specifically discussing changes to error handling.

Stay in the 'Light!
