Shoutouts:
The Silverlight Blog has this announement: Silverlight Delivers Next Gen. Home Video Experience – Without the Disk!... very cool!
From:
This older post from Allan Muller at SilverlightTutorials is a quick post on changing background color on a Silverlight app... or hopefully only on a section thereof...
Brad Abrams continues -- he's now up to number 25 in this RIA series and this time is rewriting it with a ViewModel pattern. This takes a bit of explanation and about 2 quarts of code.
Timmy Kokke has his own series going... he is on SilverBullet number 10 now and he's giving a once-over to the Run class which allows you to put some alternate text layouts in such as a bolded or italicized word in a line.
JFo is a blogger I just came across today. Her latest post is pointed at taking some of the mystery out of all the crazy Layout properties we have available. Not only in Silverlight, but also in WPF. Great diagrams to explain and also code.
I realized there were a few folks I'd been missing, Stefan Olson was one of them, and this is a post of his from August on problems with the DataForm in the Toolkit. He shows how to get into the problems and how to work around them.
Katrien De Graeve gave a presentation on.NET RIA Services using the Navigation App and dummy data. She has posted her slides and code... definitely worth the time to take a look!
Stay in the 'Light!
