For my Sri Lankan Readers, if SLT is trying to rip you off by asking you to pay for the connection details for their ADSL connection here are the settings.
As of today (Nov 25th) the settings below work

VC0 Set VPI to 8
Set VCI to 35
Encapsulation = PPPoA VC Mux (or TCP over ATM)
You also need to configure your router (if any) to be a DHCP client
