Hey everyone, I am still in Gent at the moment but I return to England this evening. I had a great night out with the Belgian guys from our office here and the guys from the biomed department at UZ hospital.
We went to the craziest little pub/ Taverna last night. 't Velootje in the Patershol area of Gent, Belgium. The entire place was crammed with old bikes and thousands of pieces of old junk. I just wish I had my camera with me... I didn't even take my phone. I will have to return. Even the people who own the place were mad. I guess you would have to be to create somewhere like that.
Oh and I like some of the Belgian beers... (apparently only the really expensive ones... lol) And as for the chocolate.... divine!!!
