OK, two days back I talked about Onfolio and then I read a commnet from some gentleman pointing towards Contentsaver and he said that it was better than Onfolio and I would have to admit, it is more better than Onflio in many ways, more features, did I say more features that I might use on a daily basis, has more or less similar features than Onfolio but has many other unique features as well. The software interface is similar to that of Outlook. I like how documents, webpages and links can be converted to Web presentation, it can be exported in multiple formats.
It has a feature of optimising the database file ( I think they compact it). The one main feature that they don't have compared to Onfolio is of RSS and is a bit expensive to Onfolio as well. With Contentsaver I have the facility to select multiple links documents and download them which I love quite a bit.More features can be found from http://www.macropool.com/en/products/contentsaver_pro/screenshots.html. Let me know if anybody has any opinioins on it.
EDIT: One think I will like to add, although I like all these features for Contentsaver, I will not be able to use it and not willing to waste my time troubleshooting the problem, I tired installing it on my home PC which is Windows 2003 server and it crashed all the times (although it works fine on my other PC) and now it has created another problem and I keep on getting this error message in my event viewer “Faulting application CSApp.exe, version 1.70.0.2117, faulting module MSVBVM60.DLL, version 6.0.96.90, fault address 0x000293dc.For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.“-- anybody any solutions for this now...
