Sprint PPC-6700

Sprint finally gives us a phone with Bluetooth, SD and Wi-Fi plus the bonus EV-DO and Mobile 5.0, but only a 3.7 hours battery life?? Are people really going to pay over $600 for a phone that will not make it through a work day on light usage, and not even make it to lunch on heavy usage. I wouldn't.

The talk time is 3.7 hours and the standby time is 250 hours. Not as good as a Treo 650 CDMA (5 hours talk time and 330 hours standby time) but it's acceptable.

The battery drain is due to the XScale CPU, that sucka is power hungry. You can wait for Cingular 8125 that uses the TI CPU and I do believe the battery life is longer for that one.
