I live in Karachi Pakistan, and I am very thank full to Karachi Electric Supply Corp. we called (KESC) to increase the knowledge of geeks. Actually electricity breakdown is very common in Karachi in these days and we live without electricity around hours or so everyday. Actually my Windows was too old and I have a plan to install new Windows 2003 on my "LAPTOP". Every thing is going fine at the time of installation of Windows 2003 and my laptop is working on AC power and time come up when it's take a final installation reboot and its promote me for password, now I am login into my new Windows 2003 that is still running AC power and when I trying to install Microsoft Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1), I receive a very cool error message and it was the moment when my laptop is on DC Power.

Message:

What Microsoft says about this error?
Actually I didn’t find this error on Microsoft site for Windows 2003, but Microsoft has already reported this error for Windows XP when you installing Service Pack 2 (SP2) on DC power. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883609

RESOLUTION:
To resolve this issue, connect your computer to an AC power source such as an electrical outlet.

Sorry, but I couldn't establish a link between the given message and KESC. The same message would also have displayed when someone has lost AC power connection (somehow) in Redmond !!
