I used BizTalk Help for the most part of my preparation, Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 Unleashed by Scott Wood and not the least my exp on BizTalk Server 2004. I won't recomm. to concentrate on any topic in particular b'coz I feel they covered all areas and its really not easy one cmpared to my other certs. Some tips like pipeline, BAM, Installation, Administration, Configuring ports -Send & Recv etc.
