Tom Peters recently continue his series an 100 WAYS TO SUCCEED and #38 is Re-visit/Re-imagine Your VA Proposition.

He challenges readers to do the following:

examine-challenge-evaluate your Value-added Proposition. Is it ... Compelling? Does it represent ... Dramatic Difference? And remember: "If you can't state your position in eight words or less, you don't have a position"—Seth Godin.

 

So, my VAP for 2005 is:
Deliver top quality code and service to clients.

Very hard to condense it down to eight words. Anyone else want to take a crack at it?
