Microsoft has released an add-in for the MSN tool bar called the Microsoft® Phishing Filter Add-in for MSN® Search Tool bar (Beta). You need to have Windows XP SP2 and the latest version of the MSN Tool bar. You receive a visual notification when you browse to what is suspected of being a phishing website. Dynamically checking the web sites you visit with up to the hour online information via an online service run by Microsoft and blocking you from sharing personal information if a site is a known phishing website.
