I'm in the middle of upgrading my mail server. To test the upgrade, I installed an old version of Microsoft's Virtual PC, and then put Server 2003 on it to test the upgrade without messing up the actual machine.
My next trick is to see if I can install Mac OS/X (Darwin) on Virtual PC. It's available from the Apple Developer's Site.
