New .NET Content Site

I purchased two domain names recently that I plan to create a .NET-related public content site kinda like a wiki. Anyone will be able to post content but I will moderate the content. I would be liable, after all. I will most likely have public forums, weblogs, articles, etc. The domain names were 360dotnet.com and dotnetprojex.com. I think I will use the 360dotnet domain because the dotnetprojex site would be more useful in other contexts. I would gladly accept any help in getting the site up and running.
