There's a bug with the Add References -> Recent tab... there's no way to update the displayed items...
Build an assembly, give it a version number of 1.5
Browse to that assembly, and note the version number.
Add the reference to a project
Rinse, repeat...
Now, up the assembly version number: 2.0
build the newer assembly.
pull up the add references -> recent tab, and note it still says 1.5.
...Basically a minor nit...
