30 quads @ 150 lbs (OMG, the machine is finally fixed! Just went with 150 since I hadn't used it in so long)
40 calf extensions @ 230 lbs (

40 shoulder shrugs @ 40lbs/hand
30 hammer bicep curls @ 30lbs/hand
