10 BikeĀ 1:1 (Lvl 1 @ 130 RPM or greater, Lvl 20 @ 48 RPM or greater)
40 Reps Shrugs @ 35 lbs
30 Reps Front Plate @ 45 lbs
30 Reps Straight Arm Pulls (Triceps) @ 55 lbs
10 Reps Bicep Curls @ 35 lbs
40 Reps Leg Press @ 220 lbs
30 Reps Hamstrings @ 180 lbs
