This past Wednesday night , the C# SIG of the STL.NET User Group hosted guest speaker Jeff Prosise. He gave an excellent presentation on .NET Web Security and talked a lot about SQL injection attacks and cross scripting attacks. It was very educational.
Jeff had never been to STL, so before the meeting the SIG leaders took him sight-seeing, including a trip up the St. Louis Arch.
After the meeting, I took Jeff out to a local pub for dinner along with a few other SIG members. Jeff is absolutely one of the nicest and smartest people I have ever met (and really knows quite a bit about music). We sat and talked about about an hour and a half about things ranging from the need to replace SMTP to R.E.O Speedwagon.
It was great having Jeff come to St. Louis and we also need to thank INETA for sponsoring his trip!
