Fix for pipeline problem in SP1

Lee Graber has fed back to the second of my 'Pipeline woes' articles to say that the inbound map problem (inbound maps fail over seekable streams) will be fixed in SP1.   Thanks Lee.  That's good news.

Hi Owen - communication by blog site, eh? And we could just use internal email!!

No, he didn't. However, my understanding is that it is due next month. Could be wrong on this, though.

We are trying to get it out by the end of the year. At this point it will be literally the end of the year (mid Dec+), or very early next.
