Toog started triathlon-ing last year (I think) and now he is like some sick, twisted triaddict (my portmanteau). He is in great shape and really enjoys the health benefits of it.
While at one of his first competitions, his wife (also a superstar) Kim made shirts for their boyz that read "Run Daddy Run! Swim Daddy Swim! Bike Daddy Bike!" Others loved the shirts so much that they started a biz from it and are reaping the rewards of that good idea.
