I just didn't realize how devious a Canadian could be. I figured their brains were so addled by the cold from the igloos and knocking the ice off the beavers (not to mention having to decide if they should dream in French or in English) that they just didn't have it in them to be devious.
But D'Arcy is a mastermind.
His genius is truly mind blowing.
I'm sure many on Geeks With Blogs have been watching his unfolding drama with his Mac (if you haven't you NEED to head over to his blog to watch this saga unfold). Many of us gave him a hard time about it and to all appearances it really seems like D'Arcy was taking his sexy self to bat for the other team.
How wrong we were. Did I mention this guy is a phreaking genius? He has had us all so fooled, my head even now that I see the truth is just spittering and sputtering like a pan of bacon grease just trying to decide what is "real" anymore. I mean what other things has this crazy canuck fed me in his marketing campaign to direct my thoughts without me even know of the precision brain surgery he was performing.
Freaking brilliant D'Arcy.
I mean, really. At this point, after watching his quote conversion un-quote. Who in their right mind would even THINK about purchasing a Mac? I still can't believe I was fooled. Well, the gig is up now Mr. D'Arcy. I am on to your little campaign and the secret funding you have from Microsoft (I hear they are currently paying for his WoW subscription and upgraded his Live account from Silver to Gold).
