I’ve just Tweeted on this but I thought it might be worth giving a larger explanation.

Microsoft have included what amounts to an extended control panel. This allows the user to control various aspects of the OS that are not typically surfaced via a GUI or are hidden away under a number of options.

To access this control panel we must setup ‘God Mode’.

Here's how you enable it:

  1. Create a new folder (right-click and click on “New Folder”).
  2. Right-click on the folder and click on rename, copy and paste this: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

What will be displayed is a Control Panel like window with sections for Action Centre, Admin Tools and Auto Play.

I've read that the 'GodMode' in front of the class id is not necessary at all.
You can put there whatever you like.

Actually you can name that folder however you want. GodMode is just something that sounds good :) Replace "GodMode" with something else and you have another name
