With the news of OSLO some months ago the Microsoft World has been all a buzz about Modelling. But this is a number of years away. What interests me is what do we do today?
To model business processes today we need to be able to span not only BizTalk but also Workflow Foundation as well. At present there is no product that successfully does this, certainly not a Microsoft one! We can look to K2 for some relief but whilst it makes a go it the problem and delivers an excellent workflow tool we still can't model across the whole process.
So readers I'm interested in your thoughts.....
