Microsoft showcased its new on-demand Dynamics Live CRM service July 10, which will be operated and managed within its data centers and initially available in the United States. It is based on the upcoming release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, code-named Titan, a multitenant application platform that also supports deployments in on-premise and partner-hosted environments.
