When you get backed-up, it's not pretty... this isn't everything: Denislav Savkov's BarChart Control in 1.1, Imram Shaik's video on animation with clipping paths, Michael Sherotter's demo and Webinar announcement about using a videobrush to make a video magnifying glass, Jeff Paries' SL EKG demo, Adam Kinney discusses Live@Edu, Michael Palermo has a video on SL & Twitter, and John Mandia discusses SL & SEO.
From
SilverlightCream.com:
- Bar Chart control in Silverlight 1.1
- Denislav Savkov submitted this to me and it's funny we just had another bar chart the other day from Adam Kinney. This one is very cool because of the legend and axes markers. Combine those two.. very cool :)
- Animation with Clipping Paths
- Imram Shaik takes a first shot at a video showing how to do animation with clipping paths. Nice job, Imram!
- Upcoming Webinar: Using a VideoBrush in Silverlight for a Media Magnifying Glass
- I found this by way of Pete Brown, but Tim Heuer was discussing it at the Phx Silverlight User's Group meeting, so funny how these things come together. This is a very cool app by Michael Scherotter, and the Webinar is this Friday, the 15th... so you're not signed up yet??
- Using animated clipping paths to create an EKG
- Jeff Paries Keeps slipping new content into his blog... I think he's testing to see if I'm watching (Hi Jeff!). This 'heartbeat' animation is very cool... I'm trying to think of how to use it without creeping myself out... maybe just not look at it after exercising maybe :)
- Live@edu - site review
- For a great SL1.0 demo application, take a look at Adam's writeup and this site... great stuff going on... I really like the look and feel.
- Video: Silverlight & Twitter
- Falling in the category of "Stuff I plan on doing", Michael Palermo has a video on Silverlight and twitter. Now I have to decide if I watch his video before I try doing mine... ??
- Silverlight SEO (Search Engine Optimisation / Search Engine Optimization)
- John Mandia posted early in January about SEO and Silverlight. Interesting information for anyone thinking about doing a 'site' in Silverlight.
Stay in the 'Light!
