We're geared up to celebrate this weekend with our own launch event sponsored by the good folks at INETA. They're providing five copies of Vista to give out, and we'll also have a few more prizes as well. The fun begins at 2pm on Saturday at UAT, and goes until 5pm.The nice thing about this kind of event is that we've been given full liberty to choose exactly the kind of Vista-centric topics that would be most interesting for our group. So we've picked CardSpace, Workflow, WCF, Gadgets, and something that seems to be many people's favorite: the ultra-cool graphics available with WPF! We have five speakers lined up so far that will each take about 15-20 minutes and talk about something cool they've built in Vista. Altogether we're in for a great afternoon of fun as we fire up the Orcas extensions and have some fun with the new bits.
