Excellent!

I needed to change my password on a remote machine, but the usual Control Panel|User Accounts method was locked due to company policies. This allowed me to changed the password via the button on the CTRL+ALT+DEL window.

ctrl-alt-shift-end will allow you to bring up ctrl-alt-del on an RDP's RDP.
