As all programming books start with a "Hello World" example, I'm starting this blog with a "Hello World" post and will tell you what and how I'm going to contribute to a global developers' community which has been made possible by today's technology. We need to see it more prosperous, so we have to work together to learn from each others' experiences and real world knowledge of what technology enables us to do today and what it'll do in future.

Of course the main focus of this blog is to cover all the technologies coming in a pipeline with a speed of light from Microsoft. And being a computer professional I know how much difficult it is to make decision about what technology to choose based on interest and opportunities and then keep yourself aligned with the right learning curve. Don't worry we'll cover everything in detail one after other.

A little about what we'll be talking about here is WPF, WCF, C# and other .Net Stuff. Don't forget to bookmark this page and frequently coming back here if you are interested in knowing about WPF, Yes! because WPF is the first technology I'll heavily be talking about.

I hope you'll enjoy your stay here in reading, asking questions and commenting on posts and articles I'll write on this blog.

Best Regards,

Rizwan a.k.a RizwanSharp

# DES (Data Encryption Standard) - HSM 10/26/2009 1:40 PM Claudinei
Encryption

Have you moved or know where to find the DLL to work with encryption format DES (Data Encryption Standard), the intention was to work with vb.net, more if you are in another language I try to do the conversion.

Format HSM (Host Security Module), where the customer uses the FK from Form Key Components.

With the following formats after

Key Length = 1 Single length
Key Type = 001
Key Scheme Z = Single Length key encrypted using Ansi x9.17 methods
Key Component Type = X XOR Clear
Key Number of Components 3

See example
password: 5537 is encrypted 57DB18B4AFDE4855 (16 characters) where the key was used C44CEF2502C475E5 (where he went to the check value as 90B34B).
