I checked zipgenius and it's pretty decent, but have you seen IZarc? Originally, I used ICEOWS, very good, small, fast, but IZARC handles a few things ICEOWS didn't. Zip genius just didn't seem as polished to me. However, it did look as complete as any of the others out there.
IZarc and ICEOWS are both free too!
