I need to give a shout out to the SharePoint Pod Show, because it is another resource you guys could utilize aside from blogs. It is an entire podcast dedicated to SharePoint. Here is the URL:

They cover such topics as governance, design for performance, and enterprise search. I think that Rob Foster has a really good speaking presence and for anyone discouraged by sound quality rumors they just upgraded there equipment. So seriously why not download the seven podcasts?
