A few updates:
We actually support MbUnit and MSTest alongside NUnit and xUnit.net now, although we haven't announced it or updated our documentation.
To simplify one of the common configuration hassles, you can assign an alias for a database when creating it, and we'll inject it into the <connectionStrings/> element when building the code.
