I found a new Twitter toy today.  It is called TweetMyPage.  It is not an application that needs an installer.  You setup your settings and TweetMyPage gives you a javascript you add to your bookmarks.  When you are reading a page you want to Twitter, you click on your TweetMyPage bookmark and it will ask you for your Twitter user id and password.  Once you give it your credentials it will tweet a message similar to the following: Reading (http://linktoarticle) title of article.   Currently TweetMyPage only appears to work for IE or Firefox.  If you use either of those browsers and are a Twitteruser you ought to check out TweetMyPage.

Feedback

# re: New Twitter Toy 8/22/2008 2:49 AM Laurent
Hi, I am Laurent, the creator of TweetMyPage. I was happy to read your feedback. TweetMyPage was developed as an outlet to my "need to code". I am currently working on a book about Silverlight 2, since September 2007, and to be published later this year. This leaves me very little time for other fun projects. I wrote TweetMyPage in 2 evenings, am painfully aware of its limitations, got some greate feedback from beta users and will improve it after the book is finished :)

Thanks and greetings,
Laurent
