The Stumblings of an IT Manager ...2 days before we go live and you want WHAT....?

People who check code into a shared codebase where it was working for all users prior to their check-in, and not for all users afterwards should be soundly beaten.  Regardless of the "it works in my local Dev" excuse. If you make a fix that only works for you, it's not a fix, it's a bug.
