Here is a question and one that a friend of mine brought up. Should we have a face of Technology. This would be someone who represents technology, gadgets and software around the world?
The idea is that one person could represent the technological voice in images, voice and video. So far there has been no one big loud voice in technology. (OK I am going to get a lot of shouts back for that... but you will see what I mean when I explain a little better I hope!) Yes we have Bill Gates and all his people including Robert Scoble. We also have the Apple boss, Steve Jobs and a few others... but really who do you picture as the face of technology? Who's picture do you see when you thing of technology? Who's picture would you like to see as the face of technology? (I am half expecting to hear the penguin coming out of hiding but hey!)
Do you see the face of technology as male or female? Which would make you pay more attention?
Maybe this idea will be used for the next craze of reality TV... the search for the face of technology 2005... to be found promoting all the newest softwares, technologies and innovations...
