&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Did you know that the FBI can spy on you by remotely activating your cellphone's microphone to listen in on conversations around you? What's more, this has been affirmed by a U.S. District Judge! 
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;How scary is that? Is it constitutional? And how can this even be technically possible? Yikes!
