There is a cool tool from Microsoft called 'Microsoft Time Zone'. It let you see the different time in different parts of the world. One also has the facility to add upto five locations for quick reference and search for the time for different countries. It can be downloaded from here. Be aware before downloading you will have to validate your operating system just to check whether it is genuine. I have installed it and it's working fine on my systems.

I like this small utility and can come very handy. I chat with people around the world and mostly I have to ask them what's the time in their city. Now using this utility, I don't have to ask them anymore nor do I have to go to different websites to check the time in different cities.
