This article from CNet comes very handy while I am writing a report for one of my assignments for a Masters's subject I am doing this semester. The subject of my report is “guidelines on managing cross-cultural issues”. In this report I write how companies can identify cross cultural issues in an organisation and manage those cross cultural issues to keep things going smoothly. As a part of the report I am writing as to how cross-cultural ignorance has costed companies millions of dollars of loss along with defaming themselves.
