Eweek's Mark Hachman reports that in coming few months we will be able to have DVD Burners which will burn at a speed of 16X and will theoretically run at the same speed as 52X CDROM. Now this is exciting. At the moment I think twice before I burn down a DVD, but if I can burn the same DVD in under 6 minutes, that would be super cool and I will gain a bit of efficiency as well.
Now just waiting for new DVD Burners and waiting till they get cheap, very cheap. I am still waiting for Dual Layer DVD Burners to get cheap too:).
