Anil Dash advices on turning 'Track Changes' off in resume document if they are formatted in Microsoft Word, I think amusingly but an important piece of advice.

I think the even the 'version' info should be disabled if it is turned on for some reasons. After all you don't want to show your potential employeer your 10 different copies of your resumes and some lies in it!!
