I wanted to put some good words about my new productivity tool called Lookout which I have been using now for a long time. I am really happy with the performace and hope it does better in the coming future and comes up with more features. Lookout is a small tool that gets integrated into Outlook and it indexes Outlook .pst file and it can index other folders too. The results are amazingly fast and much more better than Microsoft OS search and inbuilt Outlook search. By default it updates its index file every 60 minutes which is again configurable and yes it does not affect the performace of your computer at all.

Now with Lookout I now make a search on terms like 'Orkut' and 'Security' to the blogs that I am subscribed too and then can immediately see the blogs that are of immediate interest to me, so it is acting as personal search engine for me.
