I was on SEI website doing some research when I found this article by WATTS S. HUMPHREY on “Some Programming Principles: People”, I liked the article, the other article I liked was “Future of Software engineering” (you will have to navigate in this pdf file) and it also has the series on “Some Programming Principles”, it really makes a nice read and gives out a lot of useful informatoin.
