Caching is a useful technique that can be used to improve perceived performance, scalability and availability of your applications. For the most part, off-the-shelf caching solutions have been limited to the server side, leaving people writing smart clients to develop their own solutions. This short presentation will introduce you to the Microsoft Caching Application Block which enables you to easily include basic and advanced caching strategies into traditional client-side applications.
