I had my BF percentage done today at the gym, and the results were done. My weight loss stats for the last 12 weeks:
6 percent BF.
My calcs suggest I've lost approx. 13.5 pounds of fat and loss a couple of muscle (inevitable when losing weight).
My total to date is 75 pounds, although I've no idea how much fat I've lost out of that. I can only imagine, though, how much it represents. I still make the gym 5 times a week and this is in addition to playing ice hockey once or twice...and more if I can make it.
Amazing how easy it is to continue the lifestyle that supports this at this point. :-)
