On old manager of mine sent me an article that basically confirms the automated testing ideas we put in place when we built out the process (was only the two of us at the time). Nice to get some validation that we knew what we were doing. :-)

I did my B.com., and I wanted to learn QTP. Can I take the course online? Do I need have technical background to learn QTP? Please suggest me.

I dont agree that testing as a whole (deep thinking process) can be automated (meaning semi or complete human-free). Portions of testing like test execution, data generation, comparisions etc can be automated - if tool and oracle willing ...
