I've been in a class for CSLA for the last three days. I'd never really seen CSLA before, so the opportunity to see the words in the books in action was a golden one. I found the subject interesting, and since I will be on a CSLA gig on Tuesday, I am especially thankful to have been able to get it. My new employer called me and said they could get me the training, and would I like it? Needless to say, I took it. First off, the class involved like slides that we blew through in 15 minutes day one....

I went to see Pan's Labrynth over the weekend with my fiance' and our friend, Maryanne. It was directed by Guillermo Del Toro (Blade II, Mimic, Hellboy). I'm going thru changes.... Ozzy couldn't have sang it better.... I've recently accepted a position at a new company. My old company wasn't that bad, and I liked a lot of the aspects of my job. I loved the people. What a great bunch! The job was automated testing, and I really preferred to do development, but hey, no job is perfect, right? The problem was me. I have grown far too stagnant. I've become fat(ter) and lazy, satisfied with myself and I no longer strive to improve and grow professionally....
