Ok, great update....

I cancel my service, and the woman on the other end of the phone tells me “Ok, it's cancelled. You'll get your money back in 10 to 15 days.”

I am stunned: they can take it from you instanteously, but it takes 10-15 days to put it back???? How the heck does that work? Their support sucked, and that's why I cancelled. However, they decide it takes 10-15 days to put the money back????

I am going to continue up their chain with this. I warned them that if the money was not back in my account on time, I was going to raise unholy amounts of heck.

What ever happened to decent support, and service? Yea, gods......

took about 3 weeks for me to get a refund, then 2 weeks later they billed me again after creating a bogus account I never authorized. These people are purly criminal and should be incarcerated.

45 days later and my SSL Certificate is still not renewed. They took my $$ on day one and still haven't done the work. When I called billing (waited on hold for 15 min.), the guy would not issue a refund because he said that tech support had closed the ticket. He transferred me to tech support. The wait time is 27 minutes.

You've got to be F*% * ing kidding. They are the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune of working with.

They are helpless people that can not support crap on their hosting servers. I was happy until one day servers went down and I couldnt contact anyone from their website to help me resolve this issue anyways I lost money and lots of hours thanks to their stupid upgrades that cause files to change permissions etc. Ive always had a backup with me because I knew things will go to crap any time. They do not want to give my money back PLEASE BE very careful and do not auto renew. They have your credit card information and will charge it without telling you. right now I am getting together with a group of people to sue them and get our money back. too much$$ per year with these people is just crazy!
