Ok, great update.... I cancel my service, and the woman on the other end of the phone tells me “Ok, it's cancelled. You'll get your money back in 10 to 15 days.” I am stunned: they can take it from you instanteously, but it takes 10-15 days to put it back???? How the heck does that work? I am looking for a good, inexpensive web-hosting package with reliable service. I've checked a few on the web, but there's always a catch somewhere. You know, the setup fee is waived and the domain registration is taken care of if you pay the 12 month up front, rather than the three months. Stuff like that. I want something simple, and cheap.
