Below is a list of downloads for Silverlight 3. It includes all necessary downloads together. The majority are new updates and releases since the Silverlight 3 release. A few are older releases but should work with Silverlight 3. I’ll try to keep the list up to date when new releases follow. In case you just want to get started with Silverlight 3 and you do not have anything yet, or if you just want an easy tool, you can download the Web Platform Installer. This tool will provide you with everything you need for developing web applications, including Visual Studio Express.
