Frozen in Manhattan
Update 2010-03-23 – Sorry, but the images and downloads were hosted on a server that is no longer available. I will try to find the sample code bits and images on a backup sometime! As I packed on Saturday for my trip to NYC, (like any smart business traveler) I checked the weekly forecast on Weather.com. Given my brilliance, I knew to trust that the forecast would be correct - saying that the low for the week would be approx 40 F. Of course, I am not brilliant - I am retarded. It was freakin' 11 ......

This Week, Phoenix - Next Week, NYC!
For those who care to read, here's a little update ... I've been working (almost) each week here in Phoenix since October, and this week is my last (for now). Next week, I'm off to NYC for another, short-term project. And then - well, who knows what's next! Ah, the joys of consulting. At least I'll have the week after Christmas to unwind and spend some well-deserved time with my lovely family. On my off time, I've been tinkering around with some Flash MX 2004 & ASP.NET 2.0 integration, as well ......

R.I.P. Dimebag Darrell Abbott
Today is a very, very sad day.  For those of you who've been Pantera (as I have for quite some time) or Damage Plan fans, we lost a good friend.  Dimebag Darrell was murdered last night at a club in Ohio.  I don't really know how to react, but I can say mostly that I am confused.  Why would some one kill Dimebag?  How could someone get into a club with a gun?  So many questions ...  This is just really stupid.  What is wrong with people?
