I ran into an FTP issue in our prod, we were using BizTalk FTP adapter to get data from our partners. Basically BizTalk FTP adapter is able to connect to the ftp site and able to get the list and after that it “QUIT” without retrieving the file. There is no error in the ftp log or Application log.
